Made from Palomino Fino grapes and double-distilled in Charentais stills, this Brandy de Jerez is aged for 12 years in American oak casks: 9 in those that once held Tío Pepe Fino and 3 in Oloroso Matusalem. The result is an elegant and complex brandy, with notes of dried fruits, vanilla, and caramel, perfectly balanced between intensity and smoothness.
