The new edition of The London N1, produced using Copper Pot still distillation, which gives it a unique smoothness and refinement. This technique, dating back to the 19th century, marked a turning point in the production of true London Dry gin. London Copper welcomes us with well-balanced aromas of juniper and citrus, the latter being particularly pronounced, especially lemon and orange zest, for a very fragrant and decidedly fresh gin. Delicate and pleasant on the palate, with citrus notes that make it fresh and elegant, while the aftertaste reveals subtle notes of juniper and delicate spices.
